Individual item Sales-
Some items may take extensive periods of time to sell depending on their size, condition, price or even current market demand. Sometimes these items consist of automobiles, personal watercraft, jewelry, firearms, antiques & collectibles. MG Estate Liquidation will hold these items and attempt to sell them well after an estate sale through such outlets as online auction sites, other liquidators, dealers & collectors or even antique and pawnshops.
Ephemera Copying and Reproduction-
Professional duplicating and reproductions of mementos or family memorabilia. These make great keepsakes for the entire family or can be used to further archive and catalog an existing collection. Items typically requested for reproduction include photo albums, film, correspondences, awards & merits, recipes, and audio letters & transcripts.
Secure Destruction of Personal Materials-
With identity theft and crimes of opportunity on the rise, we don't believe in sending all invaluable items straight to the trash. We will sort through all private and sensitive personal materials and destroy or shred anything we ascertain to have any level of intellectual or unsanctioned value. These items can include, but are not limited to, old financial statements, research notes, computer data, hard drives, business ledgers or intellectual property of any type. Shipping and Delivery of Estate Items-
MG Estate Liquidations will securely pack and deliver any item from the estate. This service is often requested when the executor or family member cannot be present at the estate and they would like to have certain family heirlooms or the ITEMS NOT FOR SALE sent to them. This service is also available when items with BOTTOM LINE PRICES do not sell and must be returned to the executor/trustee/homeowner.
Garbage and Debris Removal & Hauling-
After an estate sale many items remain that must still be removed from the estate. Charitable organizations have restrictions on acceptable items and anything left over after that must be hauled away. MG Estate Liquidation will facilitate the gathering, hauling and dumping of all items needed to be disposed of. Certain items such as paints, computers, mattresses and refrigerators may have restrictions and/or additional charges required to dispose of.
Large and Specific Item Removal-
At your request, we will facilitate the removal and hauling of any excessively large items or specific unwanted items away from the estate. This usually pertains to items too big for a dumpster, items restricted from landfills or any item needed to be disposed of in an unconventional manner.
Plant Excavation and Relocation-
We will have a garden and landscape professional safely remove and relocate any plant, tree, shrub or bush at the estate. Local and long-distance shipping/transportation is available with this service.
Safe and Humane Pet Relocation-
From a simple drive over to another relative's house to finding a pet a completely new home, we offer it all. One of our biggest concerns is the convenience and comfort of our clients and their families and often this includes the well being of a displaced pet of an estate. MG Estate Liquidation works with local boarders and rescue groups who have great compassion in relocating pets and finding them new homes with great new owners. Services include initial medical exam, bathing & grooming, boarding, applicant screening, applicant home & yard inspection, and transportation of the animal.
