How We Work

Free Initial On-site Consultation
We will meet you at your location and walk through the property. You choose what to keep and what you’d like us to sell. From there, we will set up a plan based on your timeline.

Sorting, Staging, and Pricing
Furniture, art, tools, jewelry, collections, household items, and miscellaneous items are reviewed, sorted, staged, and priced. We can appraise items upon request.

Marketing
Photography of entire estate for ad & web placement. Advertising on our website, in local newspapers, on Craigslist.com, Facebook.com, GSALR.com, estatesales.net, and through our extensive e-mail list.
04
Sale Days
We handle everything for you on sale days. After the sale, we will donate or haul away remaining items if requested, and handle any post-sale follow-up with you.
